Pick-up details
Individuals will be contacted after payment has been made to arrange a pickup location, date, and time for their hoodies.
Cancellations, return and refund policies
Each hoodie has been ordered at the request of an ACON member. Hoodies will be given in the amount that was ordered for each individual. Individuals who purchase hoodies in quantities that they did not express interest in will not receive the additional hoodies and will be refunded for their extra purchases. Individuals who ordered hoodies in their requested size are not entitled to a refund if the hoodie does not fit. If there are unclaimed hoodies at the end of the sale, individuals may exchange their hoodies for a different size if quantities are available. Any unsold hoodies after the sale will be available for purchase at a later date.
