SHIPPING INFO

We ship within Canada and to USA only with Canada Post. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Shipping costs are a flat rate of $1.05 for domestic shipping within Canada and a flat rate of $1.30 for shipping to USA. There is free basic shipping on orders over $10. Please note that our shipping will not include tracking.

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-7 business days. The estimated shipping timeframe is 5-14 business days. We do our best to meet these estimates, however we cannot guarantee that delays will not occur, so please allow for up to 4-6 weeks. Thank you for your understanding!

 

CANCELLATIONS, RETURN & REFUND POLICIES

All sales are final. Cancellations, returns, and exchanges will not be accepted unless the item is received damaged or incorrect.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
